Line - This demonstrates line because of the lines pulling your eyes down the picture towards the end of the hallway. Shape - This demonstrates shape because it shows a 2D figure on a flat plane. Form - This demonstrates form because it shows a 3D figure in a normal plane. Texture - This demonstrates texture because it shows you can see what the wall would feel like if you touched it. Value - This demonstrates value because it shows color in the bricks in different hues. And it creates low contrast. Color - This demonstrates color because the color on the bleachers is intentional and meant to be there. Space - This demonstrates space because it shows negative space through the "empty" window.
Principles of Design
Balance - The stairs shows balance because and it would figuratively balanced on the design scale with the stairs being split down the middle and is even on both sides. Pattern - The lockers demonstrate pattern because they are repetitive and even. Unity - The books demonstrate unity because they are similar and go together with color and what they actually are but they are also different. Rhythm - The rug demonstrates rhythm is because there are repetitive patterns yet there is different elements in it that don't make it a pattern. Emphasis - The exit sign demonstrates emphasis because it draws the viewers attention to it. Movement - My friend demonstrates movement because as she is jumping she is creating a blur when I take the photo. Contrast - The snow and the grass show contrast because of the difference in colors.
